Our first week of traveling for 2019 is in the books. After a weekend stopover at Tallahassee, FL & evacuating the trailer during a tornado warning, we've traveled further south to Eustis, FL for about 10 days to visit family in the area. This is our fourth year to stay in this area and our third different campground to stay in. As you can tell from the pics, we've gotten out of the rain for a bit. It's warmer here, but our first morning was a balmy 38. High today was 78, so I think we're back in the warmer mode. Donna's gotten out with one of her brothers to do some kayaking. We've also made our annual visit to Disney Springs where we've eaten at Earl of Sandwich, and blew our diet by eating a 1,200 cal desert at the Ghirardelli store. Several of the stores have changed layouts and stock since last year, so shopping was somewhat hit-or-miss this year.
We're still here for another week. We plan to visit friends tomorrow (Saturday) and Monday if all goes well. Donna's already saying it's too hot and that's just her looking at the weather app on her phone!
